Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of COGNITEX Bridge ("Service") provided by COGNITEX S.A.S. ("COGNITEX"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
COGNITEX Bridge is a SaaS platform that integrates with JobNimbus and provides AI-driven analytics, document extraction, lead generation, and a Telegram bot. It operates on top of your existing JobNimbus account.
2. Account & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your company. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Subscription & payment
Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Trials are 7 days. Payment is collected via PayPal or by bank transfer. Annual plans save 15%. You may cancel monthly plans at the end of the current cycle. Annual plans cancelled mid-cycle are pro-rated for unused months.
4. Acceptable use
- No attempt to bypass authentication, RLS, or rate-limits.
- No reverse engineering of the AI prompts or tools.
- No scraping, mass exporting, or reselling other tenants’ data.
- No illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
5. AI output disclaimer
AI features are designed to assist operators, not replace professional judgment. Outputs may contain errors. You agree to review AI-generated text, classifications, and recommendations before acting on them — especially for legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
6. Data ownership
You retain all rights to your data. We process it solely to deliver the Service. We do not train shared AI models on your data.
7. Termination
You may cancel any time from the account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security risk, with notice when feasible.
8. Warranties & liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, COGNITEX disclaims warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Quito, Pichincha. For US-based customers, the parties may agree in writing to submit disputes to the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
