Getting started
Do I need a JobNimbus account?+
Yes. COGNITEX Bridge layers AI on top of your existing JobNimbus account. We replicate your jobs, contacts, and attachments into your private database — read-only at first.
How long does setup take?+
About 8 minutes. Sign up, paste your JobNimbus API key, pick the instances to mirror. The first AI brief lands the next morning.
Is there a trial?+
7 days, no credit card required. Full feature access for the tier you choose.
Pricing & billing
How much does it cost?+
Five tiers from Solo at $89/mo to Enterprise (custom). Annual billing saves 15%. See the Plans page for the full feature comparison.
How do I pay?+
PayPal (instant activation, accepts cards) or wire transfer to Banco del Pichincha · COGNITEX S.A.S. · USD (24h verification).
Can I switch plans?+
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal cycle.
Refund policy?+
7-day money-back, no questions asked. After day 7, monthly plans run to the end of the cycle; annual plans are pro-rated for unused months.
AI & data
Where is my data stored?+
In a tenant-isolated Supabase Postgres database (US East). Encrypted at rest. Your JobNimbus API key lives in a pgcrypto-encrypted vault.
Do you train on my data?+
No. We never use customer data to train shared AI models. Your data is processed only to deliver the Service.
Which AI models do you use?+
Claude Sonnet 4.6 for the chat and tool-use. Voyage voyage-3 (multilingual) for embeddings and rerank-2 for retrieval. Mistral OCR for document parsing.
Can the AI hallucinate?+
AI output is grounded in your real JobNimbus data via tool-use, not free text. RAG answers cite the source page. We still recommend human review for legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
Telegram bot
Is the Telegram bot included?+
Every paid tier includes the Telegram bot at full feature parity with the web app. Solo plan = 1 user, Crew = 5 users, Pro = 15, etc.
How does it pair to my account?+
From /settings/integrations in the web app, click "Connect Telegram", scan the QR or click the deep-link, send /start to the bot. Pairing is one-time.
Account & support
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. From /settings → Billing, click cancel. Monthly plans run to end of cycle. Annual plans pro-rate refund.
What if I have multiple JobNimbus instances?+
Solo and Crew = 1 instance. Pro = 2. Business = 5. Enterprise = unlimited.
